About
Rietta Brisco RMT - Owner of Rose Massage Therapy
I began my career as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2014, graduating from the 3,000-hour program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. A background in competitive athletics shaped my respect for movement, recovery, and the body’s quiet resilience. I have a special interest in treating TMJ and facial tension, including intraoral techniques—offering relief from jaw pain, headaches, and deeply held patterns of stress. My work includes women’s health, pregnancy care, post-surgical recovery, breast and chest massage, oncology support, chronic pain, post-concussion care, and nervous system regulation—through thoughtful, individualized treatment. I am committed to ongoing continuing education to deepen my understanding, stay current with evolving research, and keep my work meaningful and inspired. I draw from a range of techniques to meet each client as they present, tailoring care to their unique needs. My work is guided by a quiet respect for the body’s innate intelligence. Through a gentle, collaborative approach, I create the conditions for regulation, restoration, and lasting change.

Outside the Office
When I’m not working, I’m usually out exploring the Okanagan with my dog Kaylee — hiking, trail running, paddle boarding, or camping, interests that continually fuel my passion for movement, recovery, and sustainable physical health.
I also love slow mornings with coffee, catching a pilates or yoga class, painting, watching movies, dog beaches and taking new courses that keep me inspired both personally and professionally.
I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
Rietta Brisco RMT.
